in the construction of homes in all sizes and price ranges. We also do light commercial construction, and believe

Kjonaas Super Homes provides a service that no other home inspection company offers. For the most part, home inspectors
do a superficial visual inspection. Unfortunately, when you are buying a home, all the signs of a problem are cosmetically
fixed prior to the inspection.
In newer homes that were built to city code, the probability of problems with elctrical, plumbing and heating are
very low. The real problems are not always visible to the naked eye.
Kjonaas Super Homes uses technical equipment to do a noninvasive inspection of buildings. With the use of infrared
thermography and other testing devices, we can find problems and develop solutions that other inspection services
are not equipped to do. |
