In 1980 I started developing advanced building methods and consulting home builders on building science, I then started Super Homes in 1984. The building methods that I have taught and used, since 1980, became code in Minnesota in 1998 and in 2011 North Dakota finally mandated some of these building methods as code.
As a Custom Design Builder and Building Science Consultant, I will use my knowledge, creativity
and years of experience to design and build a custom home uniquely for
your needs, using methods backed by science.
Having been a custom design builder for over 25 years, I have designed and built numerous custom homes in the Bismarck and Mandan area, from 2000 sq. ft. to 11,000 sq. ft.
In addition to residential construction, I designed and built Century Medical Park, located on the corner of Century Avenue and Washington Street and designed and managed the construction of the expansion and remodel of Charity Lutheran Church.
With building science being one of my passions, I can assure you that after spending one hour with me you will have a different opinion of what truly creates a quality home.
Most people spend more time studying Consumer Reports before they buy a major appliance than they study building science before they build a home!
